Rated 5 von 5 von aus Great Value for Money Decided that we needed another impulse sprinkler to cover our lawn area whilst away on our hols this summer. After searching the Net for another impulse sprinkler (the Gardena one that we have is no longer available) I came across this one. At this price I thought I might as well pick one up from our local Screwfix. It works a treat and is a quarter of the price of others available from the big garden watering companies such as Hoselock. I've now bought two, and they work well together with plenty of adjustability in the area covered. The instruction sheet is practically useless, but it's not rocket science - just work it out and experiment with the adjusters.

Rated 5 von 5 von aus Great sprinkler This is a very good, well designed product. Made from metal, it is quite robust and should last a good while. It can be adjusted to water an arc shape of any number of degrees between 1 and 360. The instructions are only diagrams which need to be examined closely to understand the two adjustments, one of which alters the number of degrees in the arc and the other is a screw which encroaches into the water jet to change it from a single stream into a spray. I haven't had it long but from its limited use would recommend.

Rated 5 von 5 von aus Quality bit of kit I was looking for a decent sprinkler ready for laying my new lawn and came across this. I most frequently buy the branded gear, as when I have ever risked buying unbranded I invariably have to go back and buy the branded which I should have bought in the first place! But after reading all the top class reviews I thought this must be worth a punt.....if you have any doubt about the reviews, then please don’t have! Don’t waste any money in buying anything other than this!

Rated 5 von 5 von aus Perfect product I was not expecting this product to be so good, it is well made, cheap and does the job well. I have a small garden, 8x8m grass area and with 20 seconds of adjustment this sprinkler was soaking all of the grass really well. It offers true 360 coverage and has a screw pin to break the stream and a deflector plate to limit the spread. You can even link multiple devices together. Perfect!

Rated 5 von 5 von aus Water Sprinkler What a fabulous sprinkler. Well made, great value, easy to set up to cover up to 360degrees. If sufficient mains pressure, you can install a series of these inline due to the connections at the base of the sprinkler.

Rated 5 von 5 von aus Best ever.Read for instruction An amazing sprinkler, no need for anything else. The instructions are poor, so I will try to help others new to this type of sprinkler (as was I). The premise is water will come in from your hose, and shoot out a brass bolt (with a hole in it of course). There is a big brass arm that goes back left and right repeatedly, like waving your hand in front of a hose pipe. This is what disrupts the flow of water, causing the sprinkle effect. There are a total of 3 adjustments you can make, 2 on the actual sprinkler. Adjustment 1 - the spray action. The options here are a "spray", such as you would get from a watering can with a rose on it. The second is a simple jet of water. To adjust between these, look for a brass 'screw' that has a spring on it. You will be able to see the point of the screw, and the head of the screw (it has no philips or flat head, it is a blank brass head). This screw is located where the big brass arm reaches one side of it's swing. This screws acts as a bumper for the swinging arm. To have a simple jet of water, turn this screw all the way out, so that just the tip of the screw point is visible. To have it as a spray, turn the screw all the way in, so you can see the point of the screw and most of the thread. You can probably have it somewhere in between if you would like, try experimenting. The second adjustment is the arc of the water, or the angle the sprinkler will water over. For this, look towards the bottom of the sprinkler, for two silver metal 'handles', one directly above the other. These can be moved independently of each other. Above these handles, there is another silver metal arm, looks like a "U" shape. For a 360 degree arc, simply lift this U shape arm up. Once up, it will be sticking outward, away from the sprinkler, at about a 90 degree angle. For other angles, this U shaped clip should be clipped downwards, so that is resting against the sprinkler body (at time of writing, the default picture on the website show it in this position. Once that U shaped arm is down, you can adjust the silver handles, to create the angle of the watering arc. To do so, think as these arms as hands on a clock. For an arc of 90 degrees, twist one arm (either, it doesn't matter) to the 12 oclock position, and the second arm to the 3 o'clock position. Once in place, the metal U shape arm would then 'bounce' off these two silver handles, using them as a bumper. If you wish to increase the arc, simply move the handle from the 3 o'clock position to the 6 o'clock position. This allows the sprinkler head to move between the two arm, with the U shaped loop hitting the first and then returning to the second and so on. If both these silver handles are in the same position, and the U shaped arm is down, you will get a kind of 360 degree turn - but for 360, simply lift the U shape as previously stated. Once you have set the handles in place, and the arm is down, you can turn on the water to check your angle - make fine adjustments whilst the sprinkler is going, by simply moving the handles backwards or forwards. For the 3rd and final adjustment, if you find it is shooting out too far, try simply lowering the water pressure - i.e. turn the tap clockwise a bit! through a use of the angles, type of spray, and where you position the sprinkler. you should be able to water all garden shapes and sizes. Hope this detailed explanation helps someone. Buy one, don't bother with other more expensive ones, it really does a superb job and feels a great bit of engineering quality. If nothing else, the tick tick tick as it goes is rather hypnotic - make sure you don't waste water just sitting there watching it!

Rated 5 von 5 von aus Brilliant piece of gear Ideal for small or large gardens it does not dump water it creates a nice even dispersion of water very similar to the way rain falls so puddles won’t occur that quickly which is a big issue in clay soils. It’s similar to the ones you see on farms but scaled down version very mesmerising to watch and listen. Ideal for using when planting lawns from seed due to the way it drops the water instead of causing run offs by puddles.
