Erbauer Diamantfliesenbohrer 7 mm wurde bewertet mit 4.0 von 5 von 45.
Rated 5 von 5 von aus Makes mincemeat of tough tiles I wrote off three masonry bits trying to put a hole in the porcelain tiles in my bathroom, and finally relented and got this. It went through the stone-hard tiles without flinching like a knife through butter: beautiful neat, well-defined hole, no fuss or chipped edges. I gave the "value" rating 4 stars because for an occasional DIY-er like me who only needs to make two holes for a shower rail, this is an expensive bit of kit, and the "features" rating 4 stars because (as other reviewers have noted) it needs a guide to locate it properly and stop it skipping around before it starts biting into the tile. But truth is, I'd buy it again if I needed to drill these tiles.

Rated 5 von 5 von aus Very good if used right Bought this bit as no other tungsten bit would touch the porcelain floor tiles I put down. Used a normal masonry bit to mark the glaze on the tiles to prevent wandering then switched to this bit and flew through 4 holes with no effort, no dulling or slowing down. If you buy this bit for hard tiles then I recommend marking the holes out and starting them of with a good sharp masonry bit until you reach the diameter of the diamond bit, then switch bits and finish off. USE YOUR DRILL FLAT OUT IN TOP GEAR. Otherwise it can't clear itself, it'll overheat and go blunt. Used like this it will last a fair while.

Rated 5 von 5 von aus Fast and clean I'm a plumber and have encountered some tough tiles in my time but this bathroom took the biscuit, after an hour and a lot of dead drill bits I decided I needed to get something proper, this did the job with ease , it took about a minute per hole wich was 59 mins quicker than the last attempt, only drilled 9 holes though as this was all I needed so not sure how long it will last but did the 9 with ease, ps I would never normally buy this brand but it did surprise me

Rated 5 von 5 von aus Expensive but worth it Last time I did a bathroom, I used porcelain tiles and had a nightmare drilling any holes. This time I went for ceramic tiles thinking my life would be easier. Not the case!! I tired a variety of things (decent masonry bits, the Erbauer 3 pack tile and glass drills, the more expensive Marcrist tile drill bit) and none of them touched it my tiles. Bought this drill based on other peoples reviews and really glad I did. Had a few issues starting the holes because the bit skips about on the surface of the tiles. Got a piece of timber about 10mm thick, drilled a 7mm hole and used that to hold the drill in position. Then removed the wood once the hole was started. Spin the drill fast... It's works a lot better because it clears the dust out of itself. And I stopped about half way through each hole to dip it in water. The bit got really hot. Took about 2 minutes to drill each hole so be patient with it but it does work. I drilled about 20 holes and the bit was still as sharp as when I started.

Rated 5 von 5 von aus Doubts at first ! I brought this for a job and was a bit weary of the price against how well it would perform ! I was totally wrong.... This is a brilliant bit of kit don’t be put off by the price... this did about 15+ holes in tiles like a hot knife through butter. My only bit of advice would be masking tape and a regular drill bit to make a well in the tile for the this bit to grab the tile and avoid slipping. Very happy with this purchase.

Rated 5 von 5 von aus Does what it says After spending over half an hour drilling one hole in a porcelain tile using a standard tile bit I did not relsih the idea of drilling two more. So I bought this bit to try. I was surprised that it was flat on the end but having read some other reviews I made a simple template (drilled same size hole in an offcut of MDF) and started drilling. Within a couple of minutes I had drilled both holes very cleanly and easily. The bit did get slightly warm but that is expected. I cleaned it off in water and it looks like new. Very impressed with it.

Rated 4 von 5 von aus Erbauer Diamond tile bit Drilled 23 holes in 10mm Porcelain tiles and has hardly touched it, would recommend dipping it in water every so often as they do still get very hot in harder tiles, And use a small screwdriver to chip the core out every few millimetres, found this made drilling easier with less pressure

Rated 5 von 5 von aus Pricey but works I hesitated about paying so much for one bit as I only had a shower cubicle to install. Problem!!! No drill bit I owned would even scratch the surface of the stone tiles I had so this drill bit was a must! I've been running it under the tap quite frequently not just to cool it but also clean the head as it seems to work more efficiently afterward! Yes pricey but it works well!!!
