Rated 5 von 5 von aus Great screw Bought the Turbo gold after running out of screws for a job. Brilliant, cheap, good cutting tip. Didn't need a pilot hole. Will buy again.

Rated 5 von 5 von aus Only a screw but what a screw! Compared to a normal screw these make life a whole lot easier, no pilot holes and drive very well

Rated 5 von 5 von aus Impressed Usually use whatever screws come to hand, and usually end up working too hard, blistered palms etc. These, on the other hand, are awesome. Start with hardly any effort, self pilot so no drilling needed (though in really thick timber it would be wise with the longer screws), self countersink when the jobs done. With just a normal screwdriver (no power tools) these have made light work of a framework made from 2x2 spruce. Well worth the money, these come out at about 8p a throw for the 3inch ones

Rated 5 von 5 von aus screw heaven these screws are brilliant, i've spent all weekend constructing the stud walls for my new art studio that i am building in my garden. The design, quality and strength of these screws is perfect, they are so easy to use- they say the 'devil is in the detail' and these screws are perfect little devils to work with! Nicky (female)!

Rated 5 von 5 von aus About the Best there is Very well designed and manufactured screws. There is rarely a need for a pilot hole, they are tough, dont split the timber often, and provide a firm fixing. The only problem is that if you have to use cheap screws again for some reason, you will be pulling your hair out in frustration at how rubbish they are in comparison.

Rated 5 von 5 von aus A good screw Good screws, great value. Have used a lot of these replacing floorboards and they performed very well generally, but there were a couple or so that snapped from the shank when going into tight joists, so that has lost them a star, but overall very good value for money.

Rated 5 von 5 von aus Why use anything else? The Good: Excellent for first fix assembly if Paslode is not viable. Starts cutting from the first turn. Quick application. Miles sharper/faster than Reisser Cutters! Considerations: Not as good as the GoldScrew / Spax for second fix or precision assembly.

Rated 4 von 5 von aus Good screw s but.... Good strong screws. They do need a pilot hole I found, although perhaps in soft materials this would not be needed. So far, I have only had limited use of them but they seem absolutely fine, they are self-piercing but need a lot of force to go in all the way.
